The TRI-FIT VORTEX Calf Sleeves were engineered for one purpose: to save watts and increase speed, where it matters most.
Made from the same ultra-light woven French ribbed aero fabric as our flagship VORTEX Tri-suit, these sleeves aren’t just an aesthetic upgrade, they’re a high-performance weapon. On areas of the body like the calves, known as "bluff bodies" due to their non-aerodynamic shape, ribbed fabrics help transition airflow from laminar to turbulent, reducing the size of the wake behind the rider and lowering overall drag. This means more speed for less effort.
Unlike traditional compression sleeves, VORTEX Calf Sleeves are fully heat-welded for a smooth, seam-free surface, and ribbed for aerodynamic efficiency. The compressive fit helps maintain leg form and muscle performance over long distances without being restrictive, while the UPF 50+ rating protects your skin when racing under the sun.
